We’re delighted to invite you to the parcelLab Customer Day in Barcelona on Wednesday, 14 October.

Join us for an inspiring afternoon of customer stories, product innovation and conversations with a small group of senior retail and e-commerce professionals from across the region. The event is designed to encourage open discussions, meaningful networking and the sharing of real-world experiences from the post-purchase space.

The parcelLab Product Expo, our interactive showcase where you can explore the latest products and features through live demonstrations

We’ll begin at 14:30, with the main programme concluding around 18:30. Afterwards, we hope you’ll stay for drinks, aperitivo and dinner, the perfect opportunity to continue the conversations in a relaxed setting.

You’re welcome to bring members of your team whom you believe would benefit from the event. However, since spots are limited, please ensure each participant registers individually to secure their spot.

No, the event will not be recorded. We aim to provide our customers with a safe space to exchange and discuss their topics, concerns, and new ideas. Therefore, all discussions and presentations are accessible only to event participants.
