Combined offering provides retailers with better post-purchase communications to meet customers’ expectations and create new commercial opportunities
BOSTON, Mass., June 5, 2024: parcelLab, the premier global retail, e-commerce, and post-purchase customer experience platform, today announced a partnership with Bloomreach, the platform fueling limitless ecommerce personalization. The integration will help retailers personalize every touchpoint, drive a higher conversion rate at the point of checkout, increase average order value, and reduce abandoned carts.
The partnership enables all pre- and post-purchase communications from a seller to a buyer to be delivered via one platform using parcelLab’s rich carrier integrations to trigger post-purchase emails within Bloomreach’s omnichannel marketing automation platform. Retailers can achieve a new level of transparency and customer engagement by displaying estimated delivery dates, showcasing personalized product recommendations, better targeting marketing campaigns, and more.
parcelLab’s retail clients can now send each customer a post-purchase email including Bloomreach survey links. By providing full transparency into when an order is delivered, parcelLab can ensure the survey link can be sent at the right time in the post-purchase process, allowing return events to be initiated before surveys are sent to improve response rates. parcelLab will send additional events to Bloomreach when a purchase has been delivered. Bloomreach may then use that data to optimize segments and recommendations in data activations such as email or SMS.
