Stefan Gersmann

Stefan Gersmann is the Chief Technology Officer at parcelLab, where he leads the engineering team in creating innovative tech products that enhance customer experiences. After meeting the founders at Google Launchpad and following parcelLab’s journey for several years, he joined the company three years ago, bringing his wealth of experience and shared vision for innovation to the team.

With over 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, and IT strategy, Stefan combines technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver exceptional products. Before joining parcelLab, he served as the CTO at klarx and diva-e Digital Value Excellence GmbH. At Accenture, Stefan managed large-scale transformation projects in IT Strategy & Transformation, showcasing his ability to navigate complex technological challenges. Earlier in his career at Siemens Corporate Research, he focused on researching agile development and methods for distributed development, laying the foundation for his expertise in modern software practices.

Stefan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with distinction from the Technical University of Munich. Passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies and fostering talented teams, he is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence at parcelLab.
