Where and when is Delivery Week hosted?

Delivery Week is taking place from the 18th – 22nd May and will be hosted online by IMRG. You can sign up here. The event will include five hour-long webinars across the five days from 14:00 to 15:00.

What topics will be covered during Delivery Week?

Delivery Week is all about looking forward. The webinars aim to take what we’ve learnt during the crisis and discuss how the delivery and returns areas of the customer journey need to be updated and adjusted as a result.

Attendees will learn:

  • How delivery propositions need to change following the Coronavirus crisis
  • How customer expectations are changing
  • How delivery can be utilised as a conversion driver
  • What we learnt about returns from the Coronavirus crisis

When will parcelLab be speaking?

You can catch Jacob Gillis, UK Client Partnership Manager, on Wednesday 20th May at 14:00. He’ll be talking about ‘Meeting customer expectations through delivery excellence’.

Additionally, make sure you tune in on Friday 22nd May at 14:00 to listen to Conor McGrath, Head of Clients, UK & Nordics, as he goes through the key takeaways from the week.

How can parcelLab help me during Coronavirus?

Our leading OXM (Operations Experience Management) platform enables brands, online retailers or B2B distributors to regain control over their end-to-end customer journey. Rather than losing the customer relationship to third parties like DHL, FedEx and DPD, businesses retain all touch points in a curated manner within their own ecosystem. We therefore help retailers close the gap in experience post-checkout and create long-term, loyal customers.
