Farfetch announced their third quarter 2020 results on 12th November 2020. We’re delighted to see parcelLab featured in the report, following a successful pilot of our platform in Germany and the Middle East.

parcelLab & Farfetch’s partnership: Improving customer experience across the whole journey
Farfetch is a global online luxury fashion retail platform. The site was originally founded in 2007 to give people access to unique designer items usually only found in boutiques. Since then, the business has grown exponentially. Farfetch ship products from 3,000 boutiques and sites in 56 countries to 198 countries worldwide. Now with 11 offices across the globe, Farfetch is a disruptor in their space, investing in innovations and key technologies for the luxury fashion industry.
Farfetch partnered with parcelLab in 2019. The aim was to create a seamless and branded experience across Farfetch’s entire purchasing journey and improve customer satisfaction. Germany and the Middle East were chosen as the pilot countries for parcelLab’s platform. Here, positive results were seen and customers saw increased transparency in their shopping experience, from checkout to delivery and returns.
