This is a curated event for a select group of parcelLab customers — an opportunity to connect with peers, shape our product roadmap, and leave with your parcelLab setup actively improved. Expect **peer discussions, product workshops, hands-on enablement sessions, peak season prep, and an outing at The Great Minnesota Get-Together.** For everyone attending, the experience of a customer day in 2026 hosted by parcelLab in Minneapolis will be truly unique and impactful.

  Who should attend?

This event is exclusively for parcelLab customers. We’re inviting a curated group of post-purchase, CX, ecommerce, and operations leaders from our US customer base. Space is limited, so individual registration is required.

  Can my team attend?

Yes — team members who would benefit from the workshops are welcome. Please ensure each person registers individually to secure their spot.

  Will the event be recorded?

  What is the Minnesota State Fair?

Known as “The Great Minnesota Get-Together,” it’s the largest state fair in the U.S. by average daily attendance, drawing nearly two million visitors over its 12-day run leading up to Labor Day. It’s a beloved end-of-summer tradition, famous for its legendary food on a stick (Pronto Pups, cheese curds, and just about anything else you can imagine), award-winning crop art, livestock barns, live music at the Grandstand, and hundreds of vendors, competitions, and rides across its 322-acre fairgrounds. It’s the perfect backdrop for our Customer Extravaganza. Come hungry.
