How to pL Email Service

To integrate with parcelLab to send proactive emails containing the current status of a tracking or order, you need to provide the following information to parcelLab:

Step 1

To enable proactive emails, please provide:

  • Tracking number
  • Order number
  • Customer details, including email
  • Notification content and types
Step 2

You can submit this information via one of the following integration methods:

  • API: The most flexible method of data integration is API. You submit each individual parcel, package, or order, get instant feedback, and have the most flexible data structures when calling the track or order

 

  • Files: Transfer files containing relevant tracking data through our SFTP server with certificate-based authentication.

 

  • Email: Email-based transmission is limited in terms of flexibility and data quality but offers a zero-effort integration into parcelLab.

 

  • Event Bus Integration: Provide access to your event bus systems so parcelLab can connect and receive order and tracking data into our system.
