How long does the integration of parcelLab take?
The integration usually takes 1-2 weeks. All you need to do is provide us with shipment data via BCC, CSV upload or API and we will do the rest for you.
Is parcelLab GDPR compliant?
Yes, we work completely DSGVO compliant. Your data remains in Germany and we also conclude an AVV with you in which the processing of your data is regulated.
How many carriers does parcelLab support?
We currently support >70 carriers worldwide. However, no matter which carrier you use, we can help you communicate through your online shop.
