Kourda was born and raised in Tunisia with strong values of circularity and zero waste. After witnessing how people in the UK are disconnected from the clothes in their wardrobe and the resulting waste driven by such behaviour, Kourda came up with the idea of Save Your Wardrobe.

Today he's the CEO and co-founder of Paccurate, a VC-backed AI company that makes parcel shipping more sustainable.

Erica holds dual roles managing Strategic Content for SAP Customer Experience and Program & Community supporting the SAP.iO Foundry startup accelerators in EMEA. (Quite a mouthful!) She helps drive and showcase innovation by utilizing her unique blend of (multitasking) expertise in marketing strategy and operations, business development, technology research, and content creation. Erica received degrees from Yale University and University of London; before writing her thesis on agile software development (nerd), she showcased her agility on the basketball court as a professional athlete.

Akash Luthra is senior manager of digital product management at CHICO’S FAS. He is responsible for driving retention and fulfillment workstreams for all of CHICO’S FAS brands (Chico’s, White House Black Market, SOMA). Akash leads his team for better customer and employee experiences by providing data insights that anticipate their needs, creating end-to-end experiences that exceed expectations, and measuring the overall impact. Akash has held various roles on the digital teams at Ulta Beauty, Wells Fargo, and Coca-Cola Bottling. He has a bachelor’s degree in the Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Andrea Mingers is an Executive Assistant & Communication partner at QVC eDistribution, the fulfillment subsidiary of QVC Germany. She joined the QVC family in 2015. With her extensive project management background, she has led the post-dispatch customer communication project for QVC Germany. For the cross-departmental project team, customers were at the heart of all decisions aiming at providing best-in-class service and full delivery transparency. Picking weeds in the garden is her favorite meditation exercise.

Dr. Christian Schefold, LL.M., is a Partner in the Berlin office of Dentons, a member of the Corporate practice and co-heading the German Compliance practice. He focuses on compliance, corporate and data protection law. Christian headed the compliance consultation department at Daimler AG where he was co-responsible for setting up a compliance network within the Daimler group worldwide. Prior to this task, he worked several years as senior counsel with Daimler Financial Services AG being responsible inter alia for IP, IT & DP law and public private partnerships (namely for the legal set-up of the German motorway tolling system Toll Collect). He is constantly practicing data protection law since 1996. Christian’s favorites are setting up compliance management systems (CMS), especially Data Protection CMS as well as Data Transfer Regimes for international corporations to fulfill GDPR requirements.

Sebastian von Haldenwang is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Berlin office and a member of the German Compliance practice group. Sebastian advises clients on compliance issues and focuses on data protection and market entry advice. In this function, he has given advice on all matters related to GDPR-compliance and cross-border data transfers as well as accompanied several multinational IT and tech projects entering the EU market through Germany. Sebastian has assisted clients in forensic and litigation matters as well as during privacy incidents. Sebastian is a lecturer for privacy law in the Department of Information Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam. He regularly presents on data protection in research data management at the Research Data Management Project Brandenburg (FDM-BB), a joint project of the University of Potsdam and the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. Sebastian is a native Spanish speaker and enjoys basic proficiency in Chinese.

James Farnsworth is an Associate General Counsel for Capgemini North America, Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in data privacy and security law, and presently serves as Capgemini’s North America Data Privacy Officer and Chief North America Privacy and Security Counsel. James oversees Capgemini’s North America data privacy program, including compliance with the company’s Binding Corporate Rules and applicable federal, state and provincial laws. He chairs the company’s North America data privacy forum which meets regularly to discuss developments and leading practices on data privacy and security matters. He also has extensive experience in negotiating data privacy and security agreements, oversees responses to security incidents, and developed the company’s data privacy training course. James earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law.

Harpreet has been recognized for her strong communication and interpersonal skills and for building effective agile legal teams. She is an active member of several groups focused on diversity and inclusion within the legal field.

Natalie is a Product Marketing Manager at parcelLab based in sunny Cleveland, Ohio. After spending years on the CPG side of ecommerce, her move to parcelLab in early 2022 was natural, with her interest in best-in-class, experiential ecommerce. After working on sales enablement most days, Natalie can be found after work walking her two rescue dogs, Morty & Pippa or trying to break 90 at her local golf club.

Jay has worked in technology, in some capacity or another, for 27 years. He has been a programmer, a teacher, a product manager and a variety of other roles in technology. In that time, he found that his passion is in working with brands, and for the last 11 years he has focused on MarTech within the ESP space. Specifically, helping brands connect with customers BEFORE transactions occur. He is now on the parcelLab team as the Director of Pre-Sales, North America, where he works with the sales force to transform the POST-sales experience gap for US based brands.

Lisa has worked in Human Resources for 5 years, currently flexing into both the People Operations and People Partner spaces. Prior to joining parcelLab, Lisa explored entrepreneurship for 2 years, running her own social media business. Ultimately, she found her way back to HR, and finds a great deal of joy in supporting employees through the full lifecycle. When she’s not writing offer letters and implementing new HR systems, Lisa enjoys spending time with her fiancé & 2 dogs and working out.
