Our leaders focus on three things: finding the right people; defining the right strategy and supporting our Crew to do their best work.

In order to achieve this, it is imperative that our leaders are available and approachable.

We share our learnings and try not to make the same mistake again twice. We think of feedback as a tool to help each other grow.

So, feedback is frequent, direct, and transparent. This is instrumental for building trust throughout the whole team – no matter your job title.
