Sales Enablement Director

We are looking for a full-time Sales Enablement Director to join our Sales team working in EST.
You will work across sales, customer success, product and marketing to create efficiencies that improve productivity and performance across all departments. In this role, you will work proactively with the VP Sales and collaborate with the functional Sales, Client Success and Partnerships teams to develop needed assets, tools, and coaching to drive success.
A successful Sales Enablement Director will constantly assess the needs of the revenue team in order to drive success. You will make recommendations based on your learnings, insights and understanding of the short, mid, and long-term strategy of the company. As a result, the company should realize faster and more efficient revenue growth.
As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from one of our offices in London or Munich or remotely within the UK, Germany, US or Spain.

What you can expect:

  • Training and development – Ensuring the sales team have the resources they need and know how to use them; you will conduct traditional training programs in addition to using technologies like collaboration tools to make sales training a continuous process
  • Usability – Ensuring whatever resources or training are provided to the Revenue Team are easy to use and are designed with usability in mind
  • Measurement – Tracking the success of resources and training using metrics such as: average sales cycle length, number of reps achieving quota, and average deal size
  • Assessment – Evaluating the competency of the current sales team and developing training for continuous improvement
  • Certification – Guaranteeing the sales team meets a minimum level of competency in each functional role

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years' experience in sales, consulting, or client management selling complex solutions (ideally within the enterprise customer segment) with at least 2-3 years' sales training/enablement experience
  • Working knowledge of common sales methodologies, including MEDDICC
  • Experience with supporting a formal sales process and tools that support it e.g. CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement (Outreach), conversational intelligence (Gong), LMS, and others
  • Experience in designing sales pitch and trainings decks along with content curation
  • Advanced presentation skills and comfortable with leading in-person or virtual sales training to groups of 20-200 people
  • Ability and confidence to collaborate, build relationships, and influence Senior Leaders and Business Partners
  • Agile thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment where change is constant
