We are looking for a full-time Revenue Systems Lead to join our Business Operations Team.
You are comfortable multi-tasking while simultaneously paying very close attention to detail. You will also be highly organized and an excellent communicator, working with a range of department and user. As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from one of our offices in London or Munich or remotely within the UK, Germany or Spain.
What you can expect:
Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems. Serve as the primary administrator of our Salesforce instance and complete the usual tasks of which include field creation, layout modifications, and implementation of workflows and validation rules.
Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance
Collaborate with other departments to improve integration between Salesforce and other mission-critical systems, including marketing automation, billing, engineering, and support
Enrich our CRM with data from third-party sources.
Contribute to documenting improvements in our sales playbooks
Manage our key revenue systems with regards to permissions, data integrity, integrations and future development
Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholder functions to ensure smooth integration & alignment of systems and data flow
Assist in the development of an internal BI system (using powerBI)
What you need to succeed:
Min. of 3-4 years of professional experience with at least 1-2 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role
Highly experienced with Salesforce.com, both from a user and administrative point of view. Confident use of workflows and use of Process Builder. A true champion of the system
You should be a SFDC trailhead who has achieved or is working towards achieving your administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
You’ve supported at least 50 Salesforce users at some point in your sales operations career. Bonus points if you’ve scaled to 100+ users.
You’ve used Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, HubSpot and MS Teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
