We are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Manager to join our Business Operations Team.
You are comfortable with multi-tasking, working with Salesforce and other tools in our sales tech stack while simultaneously paying very close attention to detail. You will also be highly organised and an excellent communicator, working with a range of departments and users. As a digital first company, we offer great flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from one of our offices in London or Munich or remotely within the UK, Germany or Spain.

What you can expect:

  • Reporting to Business Operations, but fully embedded within the sales organisation, working closely with Sales leadership and wider sales org. 
  • Support VP Sales in compiling the Weekly Forecast, along with any other sales data required for recurring sales meetings 
  • Drive data hygiene in our CRM system and other core systems to support the accuracy of the forecast. Run regular pipeline health sessions with the sales team 
  • Help embed global standards across the GTM teams, e.g., processes, disciplines, data visibility & forecasting methodology 
  • Maintain process and enablement documentation in a centralised repository, which forms a living and breathing playbook for the sales process. Proactively identify gaps and maintain the knowledge hub as new systems and processes are implemented 
  • Deliver enablement sessions to the sales team and supporting functions to ensure adoption of, and compliance with sales process requirements and adequate competency in using sales systems and tools 
  • Design and support the implementation of dashboards and analysis to support sales and sales leaders to prepare and validate their forecast submissions, pipeline analysis etc 
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations 
  • Provide business performance analysis to support QBRs, annual budget planning, Offsites and SKO 
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders, Finance & HR to standardize sales incentive programs and compensation planning to increase sales productivity 
  • Work with Legal & Finance to implement governance associated with contract approval, Deal Desk and signature process. Fully triage the dealdesk process from start to finish. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (ideally Lightning)
  • Knowledge of the MEDDICC sales framework 
  • Experience in sales operations and commercial KPI reporting 
  • Ability to run projects and programs within the sales team 
  • Experience of Sales / Sales Management. 
  • Experience / knowledge of Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, DocuSign LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other associated sales tools 
  • Supported a sales team of minimum 50 people 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Experience in B2B SaaS preferred
