Until now, online stores throw away their customers after checkout by leaving the communication during shipping to DHL, UPS & Co - you've probably experienced this yourself. parcelLab solves this problem for the best of all online stores like Marc O'Polo, Teufel and Thomann.

Because we already support more than 250 stores with their customer communication and want to continue to grow strongly, we are looking for customer acquisition support.

Your days will go something like this:

  • Continuous development of our website (traffic, conversion, usability).
  • Creation, control and evaluation of advertising campaigns via the channels Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google.
  • Market research and content elaboration of topics as white papers, blog posts or webinars.
  • Responsibility of the parcelLab newsletter/email campaigns.
  • Planning and support of trade shows/events and corresponding print products.

This is what you should bring with you to enjoy your tasks:

  • You have a high affinity for online and ideally practical experience in e-commerce, marketing or PR.
  • You ideally bring experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Wordpress, Hotjar or Hubspot.
  • You already have some experience with graphics programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch), video programs (Premiere, AfterEffects) can collect

  • You have fluent German and English skills.

Your assignment is planned for a duration of 6 months full time. After that, we are open to talk about a continuation of employment.
