In a few weeks it's that time again: On March 6 and 7, for two days in Munich, at the Internet World EXPO, everything will revolve around the topic of e-commerce - and what commerce will look like in the future. And we from parcelLab will be there again as exhibitors. But this time we are not alone: We share a booth, our "Post-Purchase-Biergarten", with Adnymics, like us a startup from Munich and software provider for the personalization and automation of parcel inserts.

The perfect customer journey does not end with the purchase

Together, we want to show visitors what perfect shipping communication between retailers and their customers looks like - from order to return. And how stores can use this to increase both customer satisfaction and their sales. After all, many retailers still forget that their customers' shopping experience doesn't end with the purchase. A lot is often invested in acquiring new customers, but once the new store visitors have clicked on the "Order" button and purchased their goods, not much happens. In most cases, retailers then hand over the contact to the logistics provider, who takes care of the parcel shipment. A mistake, we think. After all, it's precisely after shopping that customers are particularly receptive to messages from retailers. If you don't take advantage of this, you're giving away potential!

You can find out in detail how online retailers can take full advantage of the last mile and what perfect shipping communication can look like by stopping by our booth.
On the first day of the trade show, we also invite members of the press to our "Post-Purchase Beer Garden" in Hall 6 / Booth B037 to discuss shipping communication solutions with us and get to know our approaches better. In keeping with the booth's Bavarian beer garden flair, there will be pretzels, Obatzda and - for anyone who likes - a cold beer ready to take a little break from the hustle and bustle of the trade fair.
