1. Briefly tell us what your usual working day at parcelLab is like?

After getting a delicious coffee and fruit from the kitchen I sit down at my desk and go through my mails. I enjoy chatting with my teammates, but there's always enough to do, so I get started planning my day.

2. What does your professional career look like?

After graduating from high school, I moved to Düsseldorf to study linguistics integrative. After the bachelor's degree, the master's followed. And after successfully graduating, I was drawn to Munich to work at Westwing. 1.5 years later, however, I wanted a new challenge and came across parcelLab, where I've still been working ever since.

3. What do you like most about parcelLab and your job?

That I can work very much independently and take responsibility for topics. Because I learn super much and have such a great family team around me.

4. What makes parcelLab unique in your opinion?

Having a say in many important issues. The founders let us participate and ask for our opinions.

5. What are the characteristics of the perfect parcelLab applicant?

I think initiative/commitment and motivation are important qualities to have to work at parcelLab.

6. How would you describe the working atmosphere at parcelLab?

Totally relaxed. I just love coming to the office and enjoy a new day at work.

7. What has been your favorite moment at parcelLab so far? And why?

There are two moments: Firstly, making a super degree as Sales Manager and secondly, the private events such as the Isar inflatable boat tour or our office parties (they are legendary).

8. What qualities and strengths did you gain during your time at parcelLab?

I would say that I was able to increase and intensify certain competencies, such as willingness to take responsibility, persuasiveness, and technical and professional competence.

9. What challenges did you already have to face during your time at parcelLab and how did you overcome them?

Having to deal with a lot of technical topics. But with good training, that's no longer a problem.

10. What makes Munich so attractive for you?

The quality of life. Despite city life, the English Garden, the Isar River, the mountains and lakes often make you feel like you're on vacation.

11. How would you spend your perfect weekend?

After a leisurely Weißwurst breakfast, ride my bike to the English Garden and lie in the sun with friends. And then in the evening linger in a nice beer garden and let the day end.

12. What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

I think "punctual, reliable and helpful" would fit quite well.
