which not only monitors parcel shipments, but also allows individual customer communication for online retailers. As we are currently growing very successfully and want to maintain this, we need further energetic support.
- Make enthusiastic lovers out of our customers .
- Develop new product features with customers.
- Ensure new customers into our service
- Expand business relationships (upselling)
- Be the interface between customers and product development .
- You have experience in project management or sales/account management .
- You are communicative and sociable
- You are motivated and absolutely hands-on
- You have fluent German and English skills
