Nach Weihnachten zeigt sich im Online-Handel erst die wahre Bescherung: Ein Peak an Retouren steht an. Händler, die ein Online-Retourenportal nutzen, sind der Konkurrenz, die noch auf beigelegte Retouren-Labels setzt, eine erhebliche Nasenlänge voraus.
Um in wirtschaftlich ohnehin schon angespannten Zeiten ihre Umsatzrenditen zu schonen, müssen Online-Händler ihr Retourenmanagement möglichst effizient aufstellen. Wir haben zehn Tipps zusammengestellt, wie Webshop-Betreiber ihre Weihnachtsretouren möglichst effizient verarbeiten können.
