The Series C investment we achieved for our Operations Experience Management platform will impact almost every aspect of our business. The round was led by global venture capital and private equity firm, Insight Partners. Endeit Capital joined as a co-investor, alongside existing investors Capnamic Ventures and coparion. This news has a knock-on effect for the partners and customers we work with. Mike Harris, VP Global Sales, shares his thoughts on what they can expect next from us next.
I’d like to start by acknowledging the amazing support we have received from our partners over the years. Even in the early days, when Operations Experience Management was first being defined, our partners believed in and supported us. They have opened doors for parcelLab and helped us get where we are today: celebrating an $112 million investment with some of the most exciting venture firms in the world. So, a heartfelt thank you to all of our partners to date.
What’s next for our Operations Experience Management platform?
Our investment has boosted our credibility. It is clear to everyone that we’re going to be around for a while. And we have backing from reputable and respected investors who believe in our vision. So, it is a clear signal for new partners that we are a smart brand to work with. And for our existing partners, it’s a bit of vindication. It’s a good indicator that we’re a good partner to keep around.
We will strengthen existing partnerships
The funding will allow us to invest more into the partner resources we have. We will be able to grow our team, so that we can ensure we are maximizing every opportunity we have to work with our partners. It also means that we can work more efficiently overall. Our processes and existing channels can be revitalized so that we can work smarter together, to ensure we are achieving more. Of course, there are plans to develop our platform capabilities with this new investment. This will mean that we are able to provide a wider offering to our partners and their customers.
Ready to develop new partnerships
On a similar note, the investment will make us more visible to new partners and customers than ever before. This is particularly true in new markets and industries. For example, we have the opportunity to host and attend more partner events around the world. In this way, we can ensure we are meeting the best people to nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with. We can also spread awareness about the evolving Operations Experience Management category and demonstrate its value first-hand. Accelerate Operations Experience Management
On a practical note, our Series C funding will allow us to achieve our goals faster. We have the ability to accelerate hiring, procure specialists, access the best software and systems – and all of this will help drive our progress at a faster pace. This means that we can handle bigger customers, more effectively. We can also service new customers in untapped markets much faster. Additionally, we’re more prepared to advance our platform to cater for new industries and products.
