He helps brands to improve their end-to-end customer experiences with Operations Experience Management.Jordan's role is to understand how Operations Experience Management can benefit each brand in its own way. Jordan works in the EMEA region.Since joining parcelLab, Jay has been spreading the word of Operations Experience Management to North America. It's his role to help brands understand the value and versatility of OXM.Katharine leads the Marketing Communications team in the EMEA region.
